Our Free Ground Shipping is only for the 48 Contiguous United States. This Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and any other US Territory. All Wholesale Case orders ship free. All Retail Orders over $99 ship free.

Wholesale Return Policy

Please review the following wholesale return guidelines carefully before sending any merchandise back to us.

How Do I Return a Wholesale Order?

Full cases may be exchanged only. Cases must be shipped at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are accepted only for full, sealed cases and must include a valid return authorization number.

Once your return is received, inspected, and counted to confirm that a full case has been returned, we will issue a store credit valid for 30 days.

Restocking Fee: A $25 restocking fee per case will apply to all returned cases.

Wholesale Return Conditions

All returned merchandise must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original carton with all original packing materials included.

• Printed, embroidered, dirty, washed, or used products
• Accessories such as masks and ties
• Hosiery including socks, tights, and knee-highs

All exchanges are subject to final approval by our quality control division.

Retail Return Policy

Please review the following retail return guidelines carefully before sending any merchandise back to us.

WS will refund most retail items within 30 days of delivery or purchase date. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and items must be in resellable condition.

Merchandise cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and all original labels and tags must remain attached.

A $9.00 return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

No exceptions to this return policy unless you received an incorrect size or color.
